CATFISH: The Blues and Flatheads are in the creeks and scattered. The cats are spawning making fishing tough. Soon the cats will finish the spawn and move to deep water and then its on!
STRIPERS: Stripers are in their early summer pattern. Large schools of fish are up the Tennessee and Clinch side of Watts Bar where they will reside for the rest of the summer. We are catching some quality fish early in the morning on Planer boards in shallow water resulting in some explosive strikes! We are also catching fish in the tailrace on freelines and sinker rigs with live shad.
